Touchpoint AI is a website design and development service based in Glendale, Arizona. We build and maintain websites for small and mid-sized businesses. Our website is touchpointai.co. You can reach us at contact@touchpointai.co.
Most of what we collect is information you choose to give us. If you request a free website preview or fill out our project discovery form, book a call through our scheduling link, or email us directly, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, business name, email address or phone number, a link to your current website or social page, and anything you tell us about your inquiry.
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It sets cookies in your browser and collects things like the pages you view, how you found the site, your general location (city or region) and the type of device and browser you use. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Our site doesn't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and Google Analytics may collect information about your visits over time. We do not collect payment information through this website.
We use the information you send us mainly to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your information with third parties for marketing, or use it for any purpose other than helping with your request.
If you ask for a free preview, we use your business name, details and photos to make a sample homepage. We publish it at a private link that search engines are told not to list, so we can send it to you, and we take it down after about two weeks, or sooner if you ask.
Our free preview form and our project discovery form are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service; it processes your submission only to send it to us. The "Book a quick call" link uses Google Calendar's scheduling tool. If you book a call through it, Google's privacy policy applies to that interaction. The project discovery form saves your answers in your own browser as you go, so you can finish later; they reach us only when you press Send.
Visit statistics are collected by Google Analytics, as described above, and Google's privacy policy applies to that data. Your emails and form submissions, and our notes about inquiries and clients, are kept in our business Google Workspace account (Gmail, Google Drive and Google Sheets), and Google's privacy policy applies to that data. The site is hosted by Netlify and loads its fonts from Google Fonts; like any web host, they receive your IP address and basic browser details when a page loads. We do not use any other third-party data processors on this website. If you become a client, your payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout pages; we never see or store your full card number, and Stripe's privacy policy applies to that data. We use the business and contact details you give us as a client only to provide your website plan, bill you and keep the records the law requires.
We keep inquiry details for up to 2 years after we last talk, and client records for as long as tax and business record laws require. If you would like your information removed, email us and we will delete anything we aren't required to keep.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at contact@touchpointai.co and we will respond promptly.
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
